    Hi I’m Waqaas. I am a mobile Personal Trainer who Inspires others to get the best possible outcomes out of their health and fitness. Adept at providing clients with consistent support whilst delivering individualized training programs targeted towards their specific needs.

    I will come to you whether it be over the Park, Gym, in the Home or at the Work place. Come rain, sun or snow I will be there to get the best out of YOU!

    I’ve been training with Waqaas for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! I must be a glutton for punishment. Waqaas is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

    Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last 8 months.

    Looking back to February, just the thought of putting on my wedding dress and having photos taken scared me to death let alone going on my honeymoon and putting on a bathing suit!

    Then I started training with Waqaas and things got better, my clothes started to fit better, people noticed I was looking healthier and I could walk a few flights of stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon.

    During the cold winter mornings there were times I thought it was too hard and I wanted to give up; however all the hard work Waqaas had put in with me kept me motivated to keep going.

    Now putting on that dress and bathing suit does not scare me in the slightest, all the hard work has paid off and I am extremely happy with the way I look and I haven’t felt this fit or healthy in years!
