    Hi I’m Lawrence. I am a mobile Personal Trainer who Inspires others to get the best possible outcomes out of their health and fitness.

    I will come to you whether it be over the Park, Gym, in the Home or at the Work place. Come rain, sun or snow I will be there to get the best out of YOU!

    Whether you are looking for general fitness, to lose weight, put on weight, recover from injuries or prepare for sports competitions, as your Personal Trainer I will design a fully optimised training programme specifically created to achieve your personal goals and suited to your own particular needs in the shortest possible time. This will be based upon your age, weight, sex, health and current fitness level.

    It is my job as a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated and focused. Setting constant challenges and monitoring your progress will result in noticeable improvements all round. Getting you in shape is a team effort!

    After breaking my back about a year ago, I had no strength in my upper body. I was looking around on the internet for a personal trainer. Lawrence Wilcox stood out from all the others.
