    With a decade of experience, my personal trainer career began by specializing in strength training for runners, then expanded their expertise to encompass functional training, mobility exercises, general strength training, and swimming. My focus is always catering to each client’s individual differences and needs, ensuring customized fitness plans that prioritise client goals and overall well-being. I have also been practising Brazilian Jujitsu and Capoeira for years and enjoy integrating some martial arts elements in my trainings where I see fit!)
